1. Place the plastic washer over the shaft.
2. Insert the shaft through the clock face.
3. Place the brass dial plate washer over the shaft.
4. Attach the brass hex nut to the dial fixing.
5. Gently press the hour hand onto the shaft at the 12:00 position.
6. Place the minute hand over the shaft at the 12:00 position.
7. Place the second hand over the shaft at the 12:00 position.

Note: Please do not use excessive pressure to avoid bending, and ensure the hands are parallel.
